We bought the platform, fridge slide and the extra layer of storage (forgot the name) for our jlu4xe. After receiving and installing the gear i wrote them with some feedback on the platform. They responded right away, appreciating the feedback and would see what they could do with it in a newer version. Some 6 months later i received a big box from Italy, no idea what it was. Only to see the new version of the platform and actually managed to implement some of the ideas. Thats what i call an awesome company!
fantastic product, even better customer service. After some problems with the installation of the cargoshelf in my new defender, a message was sent via the website. Within an hour I was contacted and helped with the installation.
